At KC Property we aim to provide you with a rental service that best tailors your needs. We specialise in;

Full Management
The full management deal is available from £10 per week, with this we will;
- Offer advice and services on rental preparation to ensure maximum rental return
- Provide advertising free of charge
- Find a suitable tenant for the property (to include approved reference)
- Provide a tenancy agreement contract
- Issue rent book
- Collect rent on agreed dates (or alternatively arrange bank transfers)
- Provide necessary maintenance and cleaning services
- Hassle free for Landlords
Tenancy Finder
The tenancy finder deal is available at the equivalent of 2 weeks rent, with this service we will;
- Offer advice and services on rental preparation to ensure maximum rental return
- Provide advertising free of charge
- Find a suitable tenant for the property (to include approved reference)
- Set in place the tenancy & payment arrangement for Landlord.
